This Alumni and Supporters Privacy Policy is in annex to the University’s privacy policy (Oxford Brookes Privacy Policy) and applies specifically to information held about alumni, donors and friends of Oxford Brookes University.

We continuously review records of our alumni, supporters and friends to ensure your data is as accurate as possible. Your personal information is held securely by the University and will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Your personal data will not be shared with others, apart from any details that you choose to share on your online profile. Your data will not be disclosed to external bodies other than those contracted by Oxford Brookes University in order to assist with its routine activities listed above. In these cases we use non-disclosure agreements to ensure the external body is only able to use the information we provide for the specified purpose and nothing else.
