Alumni Partners

How do Brookes Alumni enhance the student experience?

Former students work with the university in many different partnerships depending on their skills and expertise and how they would like to get involved. Here are some of the ways that they currently work with us.

They:

  • advise on curriculum delivery and often teach on academic programmes as associate or guest lecturers
  • mentor students particularly for hospitality and management programmes and on placement-based course
  • promote Brookes courses and programmes overseas
  • run international chapters and volunteer on alumni committees
  • provide specialist or technical support
  • set up Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs)
  • contribute towards scholarships and the Student Community Fund
  • provide access to state-of-the-art equipment and research
  • work at Brookes in a wide range of roles
